Newsweek, Entertainment Weekly, New York Times, The Colbert Report... all reporting the tragic news: Captain America is dead. And until today I hadn't read the bloody issue!
Thanks to the spoilertastic reporting of major media outlets I was spoiled for one of the biggest comic events in the past ten years.
Perhaps one of the best written comic deaths ever, Captain America was gunned down on the steps of a New York courthouse and I find out when I log onto the internet and there on my main page: Yahoo.ca, has it as their main news feature. And apparently I'm not the only one, a large amount of comic readers were spoiled when the logged on or read the paper before the had a chance to make it to the LCS on Wednesday. Not cool media. Not cool.
